The traditional understanding of thing tank has been paternalistic which has caused a gap between experts and policy makers.<\/p><p>The idea for the Health Economics Policy &amp; Ethics (HEPE) think tank is to move from the paternalistic perspective towards a thinking together kind of a think tank. The HEPPE Think Tank will bridge the gap between researchers and academicians.
