Michaela Wolfinger comes to HEPU through the Peace Corps Response program. She has over a decade of experience in economic development and policy analysis and discovered her passion for public health while working in Benin, West Africa as a Community Economic Development Officer. Ms. Wolfinger received her Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Montana
