Health Financing Baseline Survey

Health financing is one of the major pillars of HSSP III. MoH launched the Health Financing Strategy alongside the HSSP III in January 2023. One outstanding issue with both the HSSP III and the Health Financing Strategy is a measurement framework to facilitate results management. HEPU is providing support to inform the implementation of the health financing strategy and HSSP III, including undertaking any implied health economics, public financial management and policy analyses.
